The movements flow one into the next with mindful breath, focusing on building mobility and steadiness in the hips, shoulders, and spine. Unlike more vigorous styles, the Satyananda approach allows space for reflection and internal awareness. This makes it particularly suited to the colder months when the body and mind naturally turn inward. By the end of the series, you’ll have developed a reliable practice that brings you out of winter grounded, mobile, and ready to step into spring. What to Expect. Technique classes that break down the work physically, physiologically, and emotionally so you can embody it deeply. Modifications clearly explained so you can stay consistent.
