Ready to take your yoga to the next level? Yoga Intermediate is designed for those with some experience who want to explore more advanced postures, deepen their understanding of breath work, and connect yoga philosophy to everyday life. This class offers an intermediate approach, focusing on refining techniques, exploring new movements, and developing a deeper relationship with yoga.
What to Expect:
Asanas (Postures): Build on your existing knowledge by exploring standing poses, basic inversions, backbends, and twists. We’ll use props to refine your alignment and help you progress.
Pranayama (Breath): Expand your breath practice with advanced techniques to increase lung capacity, calm the mind, and enhance overall well-being.
Philosophy: Dive into the 8 limbs of yoga, exploring key concepts like unity and restraint, and discover how to apply these teachings in daily life beyond the mat.
Who’s it for?
Yoga Intermediate is ideal for students who have some yoga experience and are looking to deepen their practice. It is not suitable for those attending their very first yoga class or pregnant participants without prior experience or a 1:1 consultation with Jo.
