This class is for dedicated practitioners looking to solidify and deepen their practice. This class focuses on more challenging postures, including inversions, standing poses, and rope work, all while continuing to refine breath control and philosophical understanding. If you’re ready to push your limits and elevate your practice, this class is for you.

What to Expect:

Asanas (Postures): Dive into advanced poses such as handstands, headstands, and shoulder stands. We’ll use props like chairs and wall ropes to help refine alignment and ensure safety.

Pranayama (Breath): Build on your pranayama by continuing to refine techniques that enhance lung capacity, deepen relaxation, and stabilise your practice.

Philosophy: Explore the 8 limbs of yoga with a focus on key concepts such as restraint, and learn how they connect with your physical practice and everyday life.

Who’s it for?

Yoga Experienced is designed for committed students who have a regular practice, particularly in inverted poses, and are ready to challenge themselves with more advanced postures and prop use. This class is not suitable for beginners or pregnant participants without prior experience.
